    Hi Ali,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

The article that you've linked shows how to add another tables submission data into another tab on your table. I'm not quite sure what you're hoping to do. Can you explain a bit more what you're trying so we can understand better? If you could also include the forms you're using it would help us also to see something. Once we have a better understanding we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Rather than to have seperate tabs, I was hoping to feed data from one table, into a column on the other table. For example, my funding documentation form I am wanting to match the customer information to the AC order form - matching customer to customer, showing the status of an order in one table, instead of having to look at seperate tables/tabs.

I'm confused if this isn't possible - since you can create a new column in a table and connect it to a form.

    Hello Ali,

Thanks for getting back to us with additional information. Yes, it is possible to send information from one Submission Table to one of the columns of another Form's Submission Table. Let me show you how:

    • In your Form Tables, click on the +Add button on the right-most part of the Table. Or, you can right-click on one of the columns and choose Insert column left/right.
    • Click on the Connections tab, choose Tables, then click on Next.
    • Input the Column's Name, then click on Next.

    • Select the Submissions Table of the form you want to get data from, choose the Field you want to display in that column, then click on Create Column.
    • In that newly created column, click on the Add button for each cell to select the information you want to be inserted in it.

Please keep in mind that you would have to create multiple columns for each field containing the information from the other form's table.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
