Loom Video Recorder Widget doesn't work on my browsers.

    Haven't tested it on all browsers but it doesn't work on Brave, DDG, Safari browsers. Get the following error on all:

    Error setting up Loom: incompatible-browser

    Pretty much unusable at this point!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Rest assured, I'm here to help. I went ahead and tested the widget on my form. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. The Loom Video Recorder Widget worked well on Google Chrome and on the Brave browser.

    Please keep in mind that The Loom Video Recorder works only on Chromium-based browsers. For more information, please see Loom’s compatibility guide.

    Since you've also mentioned that it doesn't work on your Brave browser, I would suggest clearing your browser's Cookies and Cache. Please also make sure that your browser is fully updated for its compatibility. I went ahead and also cleared your form caches to prevent cache-related complications when testing.

    I'm wondering if it was because I was using my Loom "sandbox" KPI on the test form I created?

    Thanks for getting back to us. We would like to know which form of yours would you like to add Loom Video Recorder. We want to clone it and try to add it on our end. But I noticed that you are not logged into your Jotform account, that's why the form will not be verified.

    Please log into your Jotform account that has the form before responding to this thread so that your account will be auto-verified and also the form can be viewed. Please share with us the URL of the involved form.

    We can move forward with a solution as soon as we receive a response from you.

    Same happened to me.

    Clear your ENTIRE Brave browser cache (this will also log you out from Loom Extension in Brave) - then start Brave again & login again.
    Solved it for me.

    No thanks. I really do not want to pay for Loom. Just as easy for users to upload their video file to a form.
