Hidden fields are showing

Why is my form corrupted......I have hidden fields and now they are showing

Hi

I have checked the form under the link that you have provided and tried it after cloning, but it seems to have the hidden fields hidden for me.

As you can see there are many hidden field above this, this is the first that is not hidden and when I take a look at the form directly, I see only the ones that are not hidden:

Can you please check if the issue is still there as well as telling us the exact location if some specific field is being shown and was marked to be hidden. By my check it seems that all of the hidden fields are actually hidden.

Also, if you get these files shown only in a specific set of circumstances like certain browser or device, do let us know so that we can test it on the same.

The problem seems to be with our Intranet. It is corrupting the display for some reason

Please try re-embedding your jotform to your intranet page using its Iframe embed code

Unfortunately, we can cannot check it on our end since we will not be able to access your intranet website, but re-embedding the jotform using the iframe code should fix it.
