Galleria App does not access forms

    Hello, I cannot get my apps to access my forms.

    I have tested the app and works fine on my end. I was able login and select the form which has the uploaded files in it.

    Here's my test sample.

    Please try to clear your browsers cache and forms cache then test the galleria app again.
