You can actually check also with your account the sent email logs. You can see this in the Email History log.
Can you confirm that the notification email do arrive in your email inbox, BUT they were just delayed or did not arrive in your expected time that they should be coming.
There can be other factors that can be causing the delay in the arrival of the notice email -- but we need to understand first if this is indeed the issue you are having.
