Since Friday, September 19, 2014, we have not been receiving notifications when participants are registering on any of our forms. I have checked to ensure that in fact it was set up to send notifier emails and everything appears to be correct. Even a test email was not received when I tried to test it. Is there something on our end that needs to be changed?
We had a temporary issue with our default email sender on 18th September so we have switched to backup method for a day. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. But, I see that there were emails sent successfully on your account including your recent test emails.
You can also check the email history from your account now by following the guide How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. Also, we request you to follow our guide How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues for troubleshooting email delivery issues.

We did get those, as they were from Thursday Sept 18, but there were at least 5 others that we did not receive. I checked Spam just in case but didn't see them. All of the ones not received where forms starting on Friday Sept 19.
I do not see the test email in my inbox or spam box.
I checked our mail logs and it appears as though the emails are indeed being sent:
It seems as though switching back to our mail email server is now causing your emails to be filtered. If none of the steps provided in our guide on preventing bounce related issues work, you can always go back to using Mandril to send the emails. Here is our guide on how to do so:
