PayPal - How do I set it up to take orders of many tickets for an event?

It isn't a subscription 

I am collecting ticket money for an event and someone may want to purchase 2 or more

Can you walk me through the steps?

To add the actual products to your payment form, here are the steps:

After completing the integration with your payment processor, click on add product:

Fill in the data for the product:

Then add a new option for the product that allows for users to enter a quantity:

Then repeat for each type of ticket.  Here is the form I made while capturing the screenshots:
