How can I limit the number of submissions to my jotform

I'm in the process of developing an email campaign and would like to integrate JotForm.

I'm sending out an email to 400 members of my community to notify them of an upcoming event. What I would like to do is present 2 sessions to my members; afternoon & evening. Each session has a cap of 50 members.

Is there a way that I could limit the number of form registrants? 

What would be the most optimal way of doing this? Ideally, I would like to have 2 links/buttons in the email, and probably have them go to an external page (JotForm).

You can actually limit submissions in a few different ways, in your case however, you can expressly limit the maximum number.
