Good afternoon
We have created a workflow approval process and would like to use the same Change Email Recipient settings in the approval process as the form.
We want to use the Change Email Recipient settings twice
- in the form upon submissions (Before approval process)
- AFTER an approval decision has been reached.
Can you please let me know if this is possible.
Regards,

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. In the Approval Builder you can add as many emails as you want, before and after the approval email, and specify the recipient as shown in the screencast below:Please give it a try and let us know if you will need any further help.

Thank you for the reply.
I understand the use of individual emails being added to the workflow.
However, my question is if I can use the conditional logic.
EG. The request is Approved and then if a field is filled in a particular way, it will then send the appropriate email.
Thanks,

Hi,
Thank you for the clarification. Yes, it is possible to conditionally send an email. Let me show you how to create the condition:
- Add the Conditional Branch Element to your current approval flow.
- Create the condition based on your specific field.
- Once created, add the next step once the condition has been met.
You might also want to check out this detailed guide about How to Set up a Conditional Branch Element with Jotform Approvals.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you, that should work perfectly.
My final question is how to ADD the Condition below an action box.
I can see (with the "+" sign how to add above the box but not below.

Hello Churchie,
Thanks for getting back to us. I apologize but I quite did not understand your question. What did you mean by the box? Are you asking about conditions in the form or in the workflow? Is this what you are referring to?
If you can provide us with a screenshot with annotations, that would help us understand what you are asking about.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
