Hi,
Does it happen when you successfully send the payment or while trying to send the payment and the process was declined?
What is the error message? Do you have a screenshot on how the error looks like? Can you please be more specific on how we can recreate the issue?

No we don't have a screen shot cause that was made by the
customer.This is happened couple times showing an error message after
filing customer card and billing address and while paying it says
.Return to Merchant or some errors.
How you can help,Please advice.

Hi Vanessa,
We need to know more details about this.
Base on your recent details, I assume that the payment submission was not successful?
For submissions with incomplete payments, you should be able to see them in the Incomplete Payments inbox in your jotform submission view.

Can you tell us which submission it was that was reported that have encountered such error message.

By using without jot form I was manually set up this while it was
showing error messages.
Anyway I will be paying for the annul jot form subscription and
implement PayPal with this .I am not sure will I be seeing the same
error message.
I don't know how do I fix this.

Hi Vanessa,
Would it be OK if you suggest to the user who reported the issue to retry submitting and completing the payment?
If my understanding is correct, the main problem is that the user was not able to submit and do the payment. So, maybe we can ask them to retry using the jotofrm and try the process again.
This is the fix I could think of at the moment.

Yes we will inform the customer to do this again on our site which was
integrated with Jot form and PayPal by tomorrow,that is Monday.
