Please check your spam folder, also try white-listing our domain names:

Did you check your spam folder as well? We see no issues with your form recipient email "firstname.lastname@example.org" from our side. Notifications were successfully delivered to your email according to the server logs, you can also check it on your account. Please check it again on your side. Add email@example.com to your contact list or whitelist Jotform to your gmail. This guide might be of help: https://support.google.com/a/answer/60751?hl=en.
