How to get just one email notification

Whenever someone fills out my JotForm I receive 2 emails letting me know. I get one email with the From filled as "from: =?UTF-8?B??= [noreply@jotform.com]"  followed by one with the From field filled in with the submitters name (ie, from: Stephanie Strathdee). How can I reduce that to just one email notification?

    Thank you,

    Stephanie

    Hello Stephanie,

Upon checking your form "Perimenopause/Menopause Hormone", I found that you currently have added to notification email alert. That is the reason you are receiving two submission emails every time your form is submitted. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to go ahead and delete any one email alert from your form and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
