Hi - I am wondering if there is a way to have registrants be sent a google calendar invite when they schedule a meeting. It seems as it stands that it can only have the form creator/host have an automatic google calendar event created.

I am also having trouble with the Zoom integration piece - a zoom meeting is created but the link is not sent to a registrant or myself, & it does not seem to be able to be integrated into the google calendar event being created. Is there a way for it to do this - as seems to be the basis of other scheduling tools like Calendly? Thank you!

    Hello mh,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send a Google Calendar invite to the registrants when they schedule a meeting. You or Jotform do not have access/permission to use the registrant's google calendar so it is impossible to auto-add the event/invite on the user's account (Google Calendar). You can add an Autoresponder email to your form so that the registrants will be notified about the meeting they have scheduled and they can manually add the event to their calendar.

To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
