Why is the SUBMIT button not displaying on my form

I've created the following form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42248376688974

The submit button will not display as I am making the form and will not display when viewing the form in Chrome or Internet Explorer. I've not embedded it in a website so it's not an issue with the display space on a specific site.

I will never get back the hour I've spent trying to figure this out and reading through the Forum but I'm hoping you may help me resolve it quickly.

The Submit button is hidden with a custom CSS on your jotform. In order to fix this, please remove the injected CSS through the jotform Preferences.
