Hi Anthony,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? Because you have 64 forms in your account, w are unable to find your form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hello Anthony,
Thanks for getting back to us. We're sorry you're having trouble with this. This seems to be a known issue yesterday. However, we have received a confirmation from our developers that the issue has already been fixed. I've tested it on the clone version of your form and I was able to receive the PDF attachment and view it without any issue. Please check the screencast to see my result:
I cleared your form cache as a precaution, which can really help to eliminate bugs. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hello Anthony,
I cloned your form but I was unable to replicate the issue.
I have cleared your form caches. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well? Then, try to delete and recreate your emails. Do not forget to enable PDF attachment and hit Save button.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
