Form Collapse shows blank once down arrow was clicked

I have field collapse in my survey. It worked great up until this week. I had my survey on 3 pages with the tab widget, so i got ride of tabs....did not work....got rid of pages...did not work. Tried the hidden field open trick. Nothing. So I put my form back into pages but not tabs yet. I have tried on all 3 major browsers. The headings for the collapse is showing, but when I click the arrow goes down but does not show anything.

I checked your form and it shows that the form collapse is working. I also tried filling up your form but did not submit it, and the form collapse is working as well. Just like what you did, I tried checking it in Chrome, Firefox and IE8 and it shows fine.

Please checked it again if it is still not working.

I know that you tried other browsers already but please try Clearing your Browser Cache. If it is still the same, please try Clearing your Form Cache, to refresh the forms on your account.
