On a form I am testing, the Shipping Discount field fails to show up on the notifier email, but does appear on the autoresponder email.
Note that Shipping is not enabled and the value in the field is zero. That is because this version of the form is to be used during a sale that includes free shipping. I still wanted the field to appear.
Note that both emails' definitions are the same for this field and the options on the Advanced tab are the same too.
Here are snippets of the Autoresponder and then Notifier emails produced in my test.

Hi bdoodle,
Thanks for contacting Jotform Support.
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support! For us to troubleshoot this further, can you please try fully deleting your notification email, and then re-creating it, and let us know whether you persist to have fields left off of your emails? You can follow this guide to do that.
Related Guide: Setting Up Email Notifications
Please also note that empty fields will not be added to the email, only those fields with entries in them will be added. So if the missing fields are indeed empty, then that's the default setting. If you want to include the empty fields in the email, please disable this setting on your email notification template as displayed below:
Let us know if you have any more questions.

I recreated the Notifier email twice and it did not solve the problem.
If the cause was due to the field being empty, why did the same Advanced option not prevent the field from showing up on the autoresponder email? I mentioned that they both have the same Advanced options selected. The field is not really empty anyway. It has zero in it.

Hello bdoodle,
Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please confirm if you added this field using the +Form Fields button? If you haven't done it yet, please try this workaround. I was able to show the shipping discount on the notification email when I did that.

Give it a try, and let us know if you need any additional help.

Yes, I always use the +FormFields button. I redid it just now as well and retested. The problem persists.
HOWEVER, it doesn't matter much as the field has zero in it and this form will be in use only as long as the sale lasts. The non-sale version of the email works the way I want it to. So, no need to work on this any further.
Thanks for your efforts.
