Automatically open the form in the Jotform Mobile Forms app after clicking the form link instead of being opened in a web browser

Is there any way that I can send a link for a form to someone and it open in their JotForm mobile app vs a web browser?

They have downloaded the JotForm app and created an account, but when they click on the link to fill out the form, it still opens it in a web browser. We need it to open in the JotForm mobile app so that we can utilize the offline feature to fill out forms.

    Thank you!

    Hi Emily,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no option yet to set the form link to automatically open in the Jotform Mobile Forms app instead of a web browser. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated this as a feature request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a workaround, what you can do is assign the form to the users via email. You can check this guide for more details about this. Once the email invitation is sent, they can then just go to their Jotform mobile app and check their Assigned Forms folder. They can then fill out the assigned form on the mobile app instead of clicking the form link in the email.
