Jotform shown is an older version from the one that I had saved in JotForm Builder

I edited my form and saved it. When used in a current ad, it showed the prior version. Why?

    Hi,

Can you please tell us if this is still happening and if yes, where it is embedded.

The reason why I ask this is that not all embed methods allow you to get the latest version of your jotform as soon as you save them in your JotForm Builder.

We can see this if you are not sure how you have embedded it into your website by taking a look at the page.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Its odd that when I look at the link in the ad, it is right, but not the ones I receive that have been submitted the last two days. I did the update a couple of weeks ago.

    Hi Krista,

OK if I have understood correctly, and from what I have seen, the Craiglist holds the link to your site where the jotform is located and submitted from.

Now I see that you are using our js embed method. I would suggest using the iframe method instead. This will ensure that your change is visible right after you make the save in JotForm Builder (while other embed methods should work the same, this one is the best).

You can see here how to get the jotform iFrame Code.

Do let us know if this helps you with the version that is shown on the site.

Also, I guess that the date widget under submit button was intended to be hidden? I see it shown there at the bottom - just wanted to let you know.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
