I have a workflow for a parking pass that requires approval. Once the requester completes the parking pass form and makes a request for the parking pass to be approved and the authorizer approves the parking pass, I would like an approved PDF to be sent to the requestor. Does your workflow support sending an approved Parking pass in PDF format to the requestor once the Authorizer approves?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Workflow can email a PDF to filler of the form once authorizer approves it. It's really easy to set up. I have created a clone of your form to demonstrate. Let me show you how to setup the Workflow:

Hi, I noticed the approval workflow is not working when the approver selects "Approved" or "Denied" from the email. The Approver has to log into Jotform to approve or deny. Can we research and advise on this issue?

Hi Tyrone,
Thanks for getting back to us. In making a clone of your form I wasn't having any problems with the approval flow requiring me to login to an account when I set the approver to a different email. Can you show screenshots or a video uploaded to a public drive of what's happening so we can understand better?
When I clicked on approve or deny from my email I got the approver action page that normally happens when you don't have require login selected.
Once we hear back and have a better understanding of what's going on we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hello again Tyrone,
Thanks for patiently waiting. As you can see in my screencast below, as soon as I hit the approval from my email, it went straight ahead to the inbox where it says in progress, but that doesn't last a minute. It is only awaiting confirmation approval to be sent to the form filler before it is changed to Approved. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try recreating your workflow by deleting the current one and adding a new one as shown below?
Also, as an additional measure to resolve this issue, I have cleared your form cache. If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
