I have 1 question How I can sent email/sms to the Client if form is Denied.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sending an email to the denied user is easy, let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, then next to the Jotform logo click on Form Builder, and open the Approvals tab.
- Add an Approver element, then connect it with 2 Email elements, one for Deny, and one for the Approve.
- Click on the Email element settings, then go to the Recipients tab on the top navigation bar.
- Change the Recipient Email with the email from the form field.
- Click on Save.
