How I can sent email/sms to the Client if form is Denied

    I have 1 question How I can sent email/sms to the Client if form is Denied.

    Hi alsahelshares2022,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sending an email to the denied user is easy, let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, then next to the Jotform logo click on Form Builder, and open the Approvals tab.
    2. Add an Approver element, then connect it with 2 Email elements, one for Deny, and one for the Approve.
    3. Click on the Email element settings, then go to the Recipients tab on the top navigation bar.
    4. Change the Recipient Email with the email from the form field.
    5. Click on Save.
