My user can't submit the form even they completed the questionnaire

    They complete the questionnaire but can't submit it and get a message saying they have already completed the questionnaire. I have checked to see if they did submit by mistake, but no submissions form the relevant individual. How can I fix this?

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that your users are having trouble submitting the form and they're getting a message that they already completed it.

    When I tested your form, it loaded perfectly and I was able to submit your form without any issue. Can you reproduce the problem when you try to access the form?

    Please contact the user who reported the form not loading and request that they check the browser console for any error messages. The following guide should assist you in determining how to inspect the browser console log.
