PayPal: "Return to website" option returns the customer to jotform not to the website jotform was on. How to fix this?

    New query - I came across an issue today. When the customer is directed to
    paypal for payment however choose to cancel and return to website, it
    returns the customer to the jotform that I created not my website. I've
    spoken with paypal and was advised that it would be a setting within

    Hi Jodie,

    Unfortunately that is currently not possible to set up from withing JotForm Builder.

    I will notify our developers of this and they will update you through this thread once this option is ready to be used.

    Thanks Neil.
    The return now works in test most however
    I'm now receiving the following
    error message live on my site. I can't go passed submit as the following
    Error message appears - There are errors on the form. Please fix them
    before continuing.
    Could you please let into this error.

    I am glad that it is working for you. I did a quick test and it does not seem to be related to the payment processing widget so I will move your question for now to a new thread found here http://www.jotform.com/answers/445597
