How do I create a form and be able to provide it to another company

I am trying to create a form that my sister company can use in their management app so our crews can fill out the forms but the submissions go to that safety manager rather than my account?

I would like them to get a link for the form so it can be uploaded to a single app for the crews to fill out in that app and the completed doc go to one specific manager outside of the jotform, or at least a copy.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want the user to edit the form (fields, settings, conditions, etc), then add him/her as a form collaborator. However, if you want him/her to view your form submissions, then you must share your submissions via Jotform tables. See this guide to know how.
