We are having technical difficulties with our form's security word box

The form does not allow the person filling out to see the hidden security word.  It's not visible.  All you see is a spinning circle in its place like it's "thinking"

Are you referring to the captcha field located at the bottom of your form?

If that’s the case, I was not able to reproduce the issue at my end.
Can you please tell us what browser are you using?

Also please try to clean your browser's cache and try to load the form again.

I'm in Firefox but it's not just my computer.  Our end-users are telling us this.  We hadn't had any problems with it until today.

I was able to reproduce the issue using firefox, and also noticed that this doesn’t happen when I see your form using its direct link which makes me think that it might be a javascript conflict.

Can you please try to re-embed your form using an iframe?
You might also could try to convert your current captcha into a re-captcha field.
