My payment settings section currently shows all products selected when I view form? A couple are required but not all and the preference is for it to allow the person purchasing to select the option.
How do I fix that situation?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you referring to this form? If so, I viewed it and I can see that not all items are selected automatically. Here's a screenshot of your form:
Sometimes this kind of issue is temporary and it resolves itself. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Here's another question for you:
Can we change the name from Allana MacIsaac to a new name. Can we change
it to AHDA to stand for Antigonish Highland Dancing Association. Allana is
no longer with our association.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you referring to your account's username? If so, unfortunately, the username AHDA is already taken.
To change your username, kindly share at least 3 unique usernames so that we can check for their availability. If the first one is available, we'll use it for your username. Please take note that period "." and spaces are not allowed anymore, only alphanumeric characters and '_' are allowed.
Also, before we change your username, we checked your account and you are using the custom Form URL in one of your forms. Please note that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed, you will need to set it up again with a new username
