Daily Digest unresponsive

    I set up the daily digest 30 min before the next hour and did not receive any emails. In addition, the test email button does not seem to be working as well. The confirmation message does not list out any email recipients and I didn't receive any email and it is not in my spam folder neither.

    Thanks for reaching out Jotform. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with this on the Daily Digest. I’ll do my job to help you.

    Please be informed that the test button will not work if you are not logged into your Jotform account. I noticed that when you opened this ticket, you are not logged into your account. Jotform sessions expire every two hours and you will need to log in again.

    Kindly try again and tell us what will happen right after.
