How to Merge Templates

    Hello,

    I am new to jotform and wondering if or how to merge templates. Is it possible to merge questions from 2 or 3 different forms? For example, I like the employee feedback survey but would like to add a few of the questions from the pulse survey.

    Hi Dr. Franklin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you only want to copy over the form fields, you can use the Field Manager app.

    But if you'd like to copy the submission data also, you can use the Combine Submissions app to generate a CSV file that will have values from both forms. Then using the Import App, you can then import the CSV back to the form. Please note that you may need to modify the CSV column names. You may also want to delete the existing submissions to avoid duplicates.
