Approval Flow: Two signing officers approve request

Basically we have a reimbursement form. This is submitted by people that need to be reimbursed and needs to be signed by 2 signing officers. There are 4 total officers and as long as two of them signs the reimbursement gets approved. Is there a way to solve this in the workflow.
