"Sorry! Only one entry is allowed" issue!!

    Hi,

     

    I followed all previous instructions about the issue to resolve it, and it get resolved some while, but then it come back!!

     

    Please solve the issue, my case is sensitive..

    I removed the unique question and the issue is gone!
