One last question. Is there a way to limit the maximum quantity of products that can be ordered? Say I want an order cutoff at 6 items items maximum? I see "Enable Minimum Order Amount" but how about an Enable Maximum/Minimum Quantity?

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it's possible to set the Maximum Quantity for a product.

    1. Click on Payment Settings for the product List > and hover on the item for which you want to set a maximum quantity > Click the Pen icon to edit it's settings.
    2. Click Options under the Product Settings > and hover on the Quantity to see a Pen icon appearing.

The following page will result into Quantity Selector and thus you can select a maximum range for the product to be ordered.

It is easy to configure. Let me show you how:

Thank You Mohammed! That animation is great! I have to say I'm very impressed at the level of help Jotform provides. Great strategy they will corner the market on web form building... A very good niche as almost everyone needs a forms!

That is close to answering my question and I apologize for not being more clear.

For this form I want to limit the total number of products from any combination. The user needs to be limited to 6 of any combination of the products listed. They can order 6 of the same or 2 of one and 4 of another... etc. Since this is mainly a pre-order with no payment required I don't want someone to order a large amount of the shirts (product) without contacting me as this could be an issue if they don't follow through on the purchase. Think of this as a high tech signup sheet for any of the products with a total limit of 6 choices.

Thanks again for the great help!!

    Hello Steve,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the conditional logic is not supported on the Product List element. It will only work if you convert your Product List into Basic form elements. or you can use the following widgets:

After you change your Product List in any given suggestions, you can use the Form Calculation widget for the calculation for the total price of the product here's an example below:
