Hello,
I have been working on the JotForm for an in-house pdf that requires workflow approval. The workflow is incomplete because I am unsure how to toggle a form checkbox based on the workflow approval.
It should operate like this: First, the purchase request is submitted for approval with the appropriate product/service identified.
When the requestor hits submit, the approval flow goes to the approver, who approves or denies the purchase.
I would like the system to insert a checkbox over the approve or deny boxes prior to sending the approval to the next step.
The form should then go to the purchasing team, who will complete the purchase, where the system generates a purchase request number once the form is sent to the purchasing team.

Hello Gloria,
Thanks for reaching out to us again. The signature field can be placed in any part of your approval template. Let me show you how:
- Open your Approval Flow.
- On the right side, under Approval Elements choose Approve & Sign.
- Place the Approve & Sign field wherever on your template.
