    Hi Tech_Support_webmaster,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just want to verify the issue you're referring to. Do you want to record your member's conversation? Or, you are referring to your other things? If that isn't exactly what you're looking for, could you please elaborate so that I can assist you more effectively?

You can check this on How to Create Form Reports in Jotform

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I like the default "Form Analytics" which shows:

    • Views
    • Responses
    • Conversion Rate
    • Avg. Time

However, this dataset includes all of the test data we used while building the form. I've deleted that test data from the Submissions table, but it still appears in the default Form Analytics. I asked your colleague if that could be deleted from Form Analytics and he said "no." Then I asked if it was possible to build a Report using the same four measures above and he started this new thread.

I've noticed that the "Report" dataset excludes the test data that I deleted. So, I'm hoping I can build a Report for the four metrics above:

    • Views
    • Responses
    • Conversion Rate
    • Avg. Time

    Is that possible?

    Hello Tech_Support_webmaster,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create reports using the metrics that are used via Form Analytics. Are the deleted test submissions also deleted from the Trashed entries of the Tables page? If not, please try to delete them and check if the Form Analytics will match the existing data from the form's Tables page. Let me show you how:

    • On the Tables page, click on the ellipsis icon on the right side of the current tab.
    • Select Trashed entries from the options.
    • Click on the Select All options to select all the items in the folder then click the Delete Forever button.
    • Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've permanently deleted the test data, but it still shows up in the Form Analytics. Do the Form Analytics update instantly or will it take some time to update?

    Hi Tech_Support_webmaster,

Thanks for getting back to us. The Form Analytics is mostly updated instantly or sometimes within a few minutes; however, the deleted submission will not affect the metrics on Form Analytics. The Form Analytics are saved permanently, and there is no option to clear the metrics.
