JotForm error: Form not Found

I have just created a form but when I click view form, it says the file not found. Please help.

I took a look at your account and I see that your account got auto suspended by our anti-phishing system.

What I would suggest is to edit your jotform in such way that you change the language of the jotform first. Then edit it.

Currently you are modifying English language with Turkish, which setting our system off so to speak.
