Paypal notified me that a customer paid however I didnt receive the form submission from jotform which includes registration information for a clinic that I am having Nov. 21st. I dont know if there should be a return to the form after paypal or what to do.

There are some "incomplete payment" submissions listed on your "3D TRAINING CLINIC REGISTRATION" form. If you received the corresponding payment(s) you can manually complete mentioned submission(s):
