Email notifications seemed as not working, but work now

Hallo!! Today my jotform doesn't work. I'm going to explain better, The people send me but I don't have the e-mail... what I can do? I remember that is not the first time that I have such problem and the last time you help me and work. I don't remember what was the problem.
