Hi There,
I am trying to get the contents of our form to be delivered to me as a pdf doc. How do I do this? I have entered the {pdflink} code into the body of my form at the bottom of the page. However I am only given the option to download the CSV file once I receive the email. Help!
Thanks
Tracy

Hi Tracy,
The {PDF Link} of the submissions is a link use able only within the Email Notification or on the custom Thank You Message.
OR
It will not work if you will add it into the form itself.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks.

the email notification section. Is there a special trick?
Thanks

Hi Tracy,
Perhaps the email Notifier is no longer up to date on the form.
Please try creating a new Notifier and then Add again the {pdf-link}.
Make sure that you add the PDF link by clicking on the pdf-link from the right-panel.
Do NOT type it manually or it will just break the link.
I made a recent test on this on a form and the pdf-link is working fine.
Inform us if issue still persist even after doing this already.
Thanks.
