I would like to restyle my site with a new template but Jotform scripts can be visualized only on my old template and I cannot understand why..

The new template is a simple html5 template.. but when i insert the script code and I put the page online, the frame is empty..

the link of the page is:

    http://www.centropsicoterapiaroma.com/1/2.html

    Can you help me please?

    Hi Luca,

It seems like the script embed option won't work in your current template. Please try re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. The form is placed inside and iFrame so any elements to the page shouldn't prevent the form from appearing.  Please try that and update this thread for the result.

    Thank you!
