I see you appear to be having trouble with your jotform being disabled after you upgraded.

I have checked this from our end but I currently do not see any problems.

Is this for the jotform on the page url here which you provided above?

Can you please clear your browser cache then try again.

It happens after the SUBMIT button is clicked.

It doesn't happen on the standalone form on my end but I was able to replicate the issue when viewing the embedded version of your jotform.

When I inspected your site I found you are running the javascript code and I think that it is probably being interfered with by scripts that are already working on your website. Try switching it to the iframe code to see if that makes any difference.

Additionally, I had checked your submission limits but that didn't look like an issue and your form isn't disabled so it's safe to rule out that as a cause.

This issue came to my attention by a customer. Curious to know why it is only happening now after all this time. Also, the form at http://barnonthepond.com/lodging-contact.html is OK. The only thing that has changed for us over at jot form is we created a new form. I will make these changes and cross my fingers. I guess this means we will have tomato these changes at http://barnonthepond.com/lodging-contact.html as well?

I suggest that you change it too, I see that you have other scripts on that page and since we're updating our scripts regularly, then the conflict could be with a newer version of our scripts and this is why you didn't see it before.

Either way, please give it a try and re-embed your forms using the iframe code and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
