    I am trying to create an excel spreadsheet for data from a survey form that has been shared with me. Can you tell me how to do that? Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Let me show you how to download your submissions in Excel format:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click the Submissions button.
