Where can I find the JotForm forms I have already created?

I just upgraded to the Bronze level in JotForm. Since I have done this I have not been able to find my forms that I created, and are currently using on my website.

Please tell me where I can find them,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Unfortunately, upon checking your account using the Email provided, there seem to be no available forms. However, if you are referring to the account Email v***1.org@gm*****om, the form you have provided for us is located there. You may need to log in to that account to be able to access your forms.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

HELP please! Apparently I have 2 JotForm accounts.

info@vmco1.org

Since I just upgraded to the Bronze level I need these two accounts to be just one. Can you combine these to one account, using the info@vmco.org account?

I currently have 4 forms on the vmco1.org@gmail.com account and would like them moved over to

info@vmco1.org.

Once corrected, I will continue to use the info@vmco1.org account and the vmco1.org@gmail.com account can be deleted.

Thanks for getting back to us. We can't combine accounts, but we can transfer the forms from vmco1.org@gmail.com to info@vmco1.org. You'll need to login to your vmco1.org@gmail.com account and send us a request ticket from there.

After the forms has been transferred, you can then delete the other account. This guide will show you how to do that. 

1. Go to your Account Profile page.
2. Click the Delete My Account link.
3. Select the Yes, Delete button to confirm the deletion of your account.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click the Complete button.
