Feature request: Bulk sending of Signed form

What if I want to send the document to 50 email addresses to sign?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can send the same documents to 50 recipients so they can all sign the document. They all will have their own signed version of the document. If you have a document that has 50 assignees, it's also possible to make these fields to your document and have one document signed by all.

Thanks for answering my question - to elaborate I was more thinking about bulk sending, by uploading a CSV with name and email. Is this possible? What is the maximum you can send in one go?

Unfortunately, we don't have an option yet for bulk sending.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. 

Please note that the maximum limit of the signed document is the number of signatures you have captured from your users. 

For example, you have a limit of 10 document signs as part of your plan. If 1 user signed a document you sent him/her, it will be deducted from your limit so you will now have a 1/10 sign limit. Once your sign limit reached 10/10 your form will be automatically disabled. But no worries, monthly limits are reset every first day of the month. Is there a community forum I can go to upvote this feature for bulk sending? Or would I need to submit a new request?

Having the ability to upload email addresses, names, and other field values will be helpful and save time as we have over 100 employees that need to sign the same documents.
