How can I make my uploaded file secured?

    Hi,

We just started using Jotform and designed a form that allows uploading of files.

We noticed the URL to uploaded files in the PDF version of a completed form are not password protected for access. That is, anyone that has the URL or if randomly work out the URL address will be able to access to file.

Is there any one to restrict access to uploaded file from the Jotform inbox after logged in?

    Hello David,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can enable the require login feature to secure uploaded files. Let me show you how:

    1. Hover your mouse over the Avatar icon on the top right corner of the page and select Settings from the options.
    2. On the Settings section, put a check Require log-in to view uploaded files.

Give it a try and reach out to us again if you need more help.
