can someone please explain, i dont understand how we are suppose to link this form to the payment. what is the purpose of this form?

Hi Eshne Tan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.
You can use Purchase Order Form to get the demand from the customers, but the payment (or other steps) can be handled afterward, or via alternative methods like cheque, cash, etc.
You can also collect the payment at the same time user submits the order, you can add Payment options to your forms. Let me show you how to add it:
- On the Form Builder page, click on Add Form Element button, go to the Payments tab
- Select the payment integration you want to use.
- In the example, I selected PayPal Personal.
- Complete the setup by entering account info and the settings in the PayPal Standard Integration menu at the right side of the page.
