$5 / month storage plan

Hello!

I just got approval through my organization to upgrade our account to the $5 / month storage plan but I suddenly don't see that option any more. Is it still available?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you are under the Free plan. The storage plan is only available if you reach your total submission limit. Do note that the storage plan is the same as the Free plan regarding limits, the only difference is that you will have an unlimited total submission.
