I get the message "import failed. please try again later" when I try to import a cloned form from my account. When I use the drop down Clone option, nothing happens at all.
Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're sorry you're having trouble cloning the form. Just to confirm, are you trying to clone the YMCA Financial Aid Application form? You can clone this on the My forms page by clicking on Create form. See the screencast below:
You can also clone this by clicking on More options:
If you're still unable to clone the form, you may clone this cloned form to see if it works. We have a guide for that here.
