Unable to view my certificate

Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support. Are you talking about the PDF file that you attached? I can access and see it, check out the screenshot below:

Are you getting an error message when you view the PDF file? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Thanks for getting back to us. You will need to contact the form owner, the person/company that provided you with the certificate, and let them know that you cannot download the certificate. They will need to disable the 'Require login to view uploaded files' option in their account so you can view and download the certificate or send you the certificate as a PDF Attachment file.
