PayPal Payment form is not working

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that your payment form is not working?

I did check your last edited form and it seems the PayPal payment form question you have added in your form does not have your PayPal account information. Please check the screenshot below:

Please add your PayPal account details in your payment question and that should solve your problem.
