I have increased number of submission from 20 to 30 after a form has been published and the form shows the message below, despite the fact that only there are only 20 submission (and no submission over 20 can be made). What's the reason? Thanks.

We have reached the maximum number of participants and this form is no longer available!

    Hello IRCWarsaw,

Upon checking your form, I found that it is currently disabled. Since the form reached its submission limit, it was automatically disabled and that is the reason why it is displaying the warning message you have set in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

Please enable your form and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you on how to change the status of your form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
