While the features are great, the scope of the new "teams" format goes beyond what small non-profits need and is cost prohibitive to small organizations. When does Jotform plan to introduce options and a pricing structure for small teams of 2-3 individuals?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As Jotform, we are constantly working to provide good service to our users, but we cannot give an exact date for now.

Even if you're using a Free plan with Jotform, you can certainly use Jotform to collaborate with your team, although it will not be on the same account. What I would recommend instead is to have each user have a separate account and collaborate with them. For example, you can Share Your Jotform Tables and Collaborate and set that to company access so your team can view and use the submissions. Other ways include how to share your Jotform Inbox so you can set up Approval Flows, and read submissions. Lastly, you can also collaborate on a form, this comes in handy when you want to build a form with another person.
